1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome homosapiens of the world!
An understanding of intelligence has baffled and fascinated mankind for ages. The perception of what it is, how it is defined and measured too has occupied him in his quest for knowledge and even wisdom. Some have adopted what they call a scientific approach, through parameters visible to all, while some others have adopted a philosophical approach, basing themselves upon axioms or postulates they think as true, though at the cost of being called as subjective. Even the building up of knowledge base to understanding our universe has been and is still undergoing / facing the sharp and tall divide: (the so called) scientific versus philosophical approach – considered to be mutually exclusive, contrary or contradictory and so on. In this context, a fresh perspective is mooted by the author to be considered in a order to try to understand things afresh. The approach would combine objectively agreed facts and some subjective perceptions. A reader who would concur with these subjective perceptions might find himself in line with the thoughts of the author, while others might not! Best wishes and regards.
